Audiovisual Equipment

There is a variety of audiovisual equipment available for use in our conference rooms:

  • CD player

  • Easel and flipchart

  • Digital projector

  • DVD player

  • Lapel microphone

  • Podium with microphone

  • Wireless handheld microphone

  • Wired microphone on table stand

  • VCR player

Equipment may be requested two weeks in advance through the on-line room reservation form or by speaking with the Meeting Space Assistant. There is no charge for reserving equipment, but there are restrictions for use based on the room being used.

Catering

Radcliffe-approved catering groups are allowed in most Radcliffe Institute spaces, but delivery and pick up of catered food and equipment must be pre-arranged with the Meeting Space Assistant to ensure proper storage space. Set-up and break-down must follow Radcliffe policies discussed in the FAQ section.

For ease of planning and service, Harvard University Crimson Catering is the required vendor for all wedding receptions.

Room Renter Responsibilities

Renter is responsible for any damage to room and/or equipment. Renter is also responsible for cleanup after the event. All food and trash must be removed from the premises by either the caterer or the event organizer. Additional fees will be charged for any cleanup done by Radcliffe staff. Special setups and late requests may result in additional charges.
