At Radcliffe, Judith Long will complete a book project titled “Olympic Urbanism: From Rome to Rio,” which analyzes the claim that the Olympics Games are a catalyst for urban redevelopment on the basis of fieldwork in 15 host cities, including Rome (1960) and Rio de Janeiro (2016).
