Susan S. Pintus, appointed associate dean of finance in August 2001, serves as chief financial officer for the Radcliffe Institute, responsible for financial planning, analysis, and operations. She has more than twenty-five years of experience in financial administration at Harvard University, most recently as director of financial operations at Harvard Law School. She also has served as a senior budget officer at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and as a consultant in the budget office at the Massachusetts Bay Transportation Authority.

Pintus holds a bachelor's degree in German from Oberlin College and an MBA from Harvard Business School.
