Although we are excited to have our fellows back on campus and working in Byerly Hall, Harvard Radcliffe Institute programs remain primarily virtual as we continue to monitor the coronavirus pandemic. See Coronavirus (COVID-19) Information and Updates.

A presentation from 2021–2022 Shutzer Assistant Professor Anthony Abraham Jack

Anthony Abraham Jack is the Shutzer Assistant Professor at Harvard Radcliffe Institute, a junior fellow at the Harvard Society of Fellows, and an assistant professor of education at the Harvard Graduate School of Education. His research documents the overlooked diversity among lower-income undergraduates: the “doubly disadvantaged”—those who enter college from local, typically distressed public high schools—and the “privileged poor”—those who do so from boarding, day, and preparatory high schools.
