Attributes of Leadership Responsiveness to Evidence
The student will work closely with Dr. Rogers, a student attendance organization, and his research team to develop a deeper understanding of responsiveness to evidence by school district leaders. The student will engage in a variety of potential work, including literature reviews, web scraping, and academic writing to assist Dr. Rogers’ research regarding the adoption of evidence-based interventions. The student will also be provided the opportunity to learn about the design, implementation, and analysis of randomized control trial experiments (RCTs). Some basic qualifications include an interest in behavioral insights, education, and leadership/decision making concepts, as well as intermediate-level skills in Python or other similar programming language.
