
Stacey M. Elwood is the associate dean for external relations at the Radcliffe Institute for Advanced Study. She provides leadership and oversight to alumnae/i affairs and development activities, including alumnae/i relations, corporate and foundation relations, direct marketing, donor relations, events, major and planned giving, and operations.
Prior to joining the Institute in 2019, Elwood served as a director in the Harvard Faculty of Arts and Sciences Office of Capital Giving, where she worked with a portfolio of major and principal gift alumni/ae and parents, led development strategy for the Boston region, and oversaw frontline fundraisers. She began her career at Harvard in 2005 as a reunion campaign officer in the Harvard College Fund before joining the capital giving team in 2008. She was a major gift fundraiser from 2008 to 2011. Elwood earned her bachelor’s degree in English literature and sociology from Gettysburg College.
