Next in Data Visualization

Innovative data visualization reveals patterns and trends otherwise unseen. The four speakers in this program represent a range of visualization expertise, from human cognition to user interaction to tool design to the use of visualizations in journalism. As data sets in science, medicine, and business become larger and more diverse, the need for—and the impact of—good visualization is growing rapidly.
