Harvard Radcliffe Institute has been monitoring the coronavirus pandemic since we closed our campus to the public in March 2020. Radcliffe Institute activities will continue to be primarily virtual through the end of the 2020–2021 academic year.

Our work has continued unabated but has been reimagined to safeguard the health and well-being of our community. Join us online for public events, explore our digital exhibitions, and read the latest news from the Institute.

The Schlesinger Library will reopen, by appointment, to Harvard students, faculty, and staff on September 1st, 2021. Appointments will be available Monday-Friday from 10 AM to 4 PM . If you are interested in making an appointment or have any questions please contact ask@radcliffe.libanswers.com. The Library plans to open to visiting researchers, by appointment, in early October. We encourage visiting researchers to check back with us in mid-September for updates.
