Radcliffe College Archives

This collection chronicles Radcliffe College from its beginning as the Harvard Annex, in 1879, through 1999, the year the Radcliffe Institute for Advanced Study was founded.

The archives are a rich resource for the study of women in higher education, the Harvard-Radcliffe relationship, and the lives of the many remarkable women who attended or were affiliated with Radcliffe College.

The archives provide information about the administration, students, and alumnae and also document the Bunting Institute and Radcliffe Seminars.

The collection contains both published and unpublished materials.
